ere's a little advice to finish off Cobalt if your emblem is Chaos. You'll need Ryoukan's help. After you defeated all the enemies, except Cobalt, use Death wave on Cobalt. You'll obtain this:
The damage may vary but it will always be huge! After this you finish Cobalt off with Brian and you're done.
