These items can only be used out of battle, and the most useful are restorative. However, there are several that serve another purpose.

| MiniErg | Restores 50HP |
| FullErg | Restores full HP |
| SneakRun | Prevents weak viruses from attacking you for a while. This doesn't stop the Beta Navis attacking you though! |
| LocEnemy | Makes it easier to encounter the last enemy you fought I.E. use this after fighting a Mettaur and chances are your next battle will be the same |
| UnTrap | Removes viruses from Mystery Data Don't buy many - or any - if you're reasonably confident in your busting abilities. |
| Unlocker | Unlocks the seal on Purple Mystery Data and allows you to collect them. Stand next to the data and select this from the SubChip menu to sue it. |
