Personalities
Personality plays an integral role in the game. It affects the trust level of each individual member in your party, which will then lead to a higher or lower overall trust level in the party. It will make their trust level go up or down, depending on your actions. Personality is determined by A.)Race of the character, and B.)original Attribute of said character. By 'original' attribute, I mean the attribute that the character originally came with. For example, if you had a Good Human whatever with a personality of 'JUS' and you turned him/her evil, that person's personality will not change. It will still be 'JUS', and his/her trust will still go down if you attack friendly monsters, and vise versa.
