Conditions for winning: Save Rafa!
Oh boy, now this a bit tough, the Ninjas start by throwing stuff at Rafa, if you're lucky she'll still be alive. Once you get to move, heal her, them send your characters after the ninjas, NEVER take the ninjas head on, use distant attcks, like magic or the Red Chocobo's Choco-Meteor. The ninjas can hit very hard, once the ninjas are defeated (phew ! ^^), go after the summoners, leave Malak for dessert, he's pathetic.
