**Sometimes the enemies of a section overlap into another section (the dining room, eastern most room of East Wing). In these cases, I just said that the enemies in these areas belong to the next area over (so Graves are technically found in the East Wing, but since they're enemies native to the Garden, I just lump them into the Garden exclusively).
***In case you're wondering: here's a bit of my logic: the dining room is part of the 2nd Floor, the hall connecting the 1st Floor and the East Wing is part of the 1st Floor, and the small southern end of the East Wing you can reach at the beginning of the game is part of the 1st Floor, because they have more similarities to that area than the one they're at.
****The Locked Doors refer to how many doors can be unlocked using the different keys in the game in each section.
1st Floor

DESCRIPTION
The area you start in. Stretches all the way from beginning room, up to the dining room to the north. Pretty much anywhere you can reach at the beginning of the game. Acts as a "hub", connecting many of the other parts of the mansion.
2nd Floor

DESCRIPTION
A small area, stretching from the Dining room north to the room with the two Armors. Nothing much here, other than a mallet.
East Wing

DESCRIPTION
The area east of 1st Floor. It's all dark here, but there's nothing too important. Its main purpose is to lead you to the Garden.
Garden

DESCRIPTION
The area outside of the mansion to the east. All there is to do here is to get the Gas and turn on the Generator.
Northern Region

DESCRIPTION
Area north of room on 2nd Floor with the two Armors (I didn't have much of a better name to call it then the Northern Region). This area is full of a sticky surface that you'll get stuck in if you take more than four steps in succession. Anywhere from the room with the diary to the area with the Rope Ladder is part of the Northern Region.
Courtyard

DESCRIPTION
Area directly below 3rd Floor. The mirrors on the wall will attack you if you get close to them. When you first reach here, other than a few frescoes, this place is fairly empty. Its purpose is to lead you to the Garden. However, later in the game, you can explore new sections that have important items.
Lake

DESCRIPTION
The area east of the Courtyard near the lake. Thorns cover the ground, and wood blocks the way, so pack an Ax and some Gloves. Certain parts of the lake must be crossed using logs. Get the Low Key and leave.
Northern Courtyard

DESCRIPTION
Area just north of Courtyard. Only accessable after going through Lake, and has same enemies as lake.
Basement

DESCRIPTION
Area covered in fire (until you extinguish it). Mamiya hides a terrible secret in the incinerator.
Inner Sanctuary

DESCRIPTION
A central area of the mansion where Mamiya lives. Rocks fill the passageways, and if you're not careful, ice can slide you right to your doom. But, there are several important and valuable items to be found.
Dungeon

3 Iron Key (2 of them are gates, and the third is a door connecting to the 1st Floor)
DESCRIPTION
A cavern under the mansion. Lava flows here, and it can push you into spikes. But you should be especially careful of the sand traps (if someone gets caught, get somebody to pull them up with a Rope). This is a dangerous area, but you must explore it to get a very important item.

DESCRIPTION
A demonic place, hidden behind the Inner Sanctuary. Shadows constantly follow you, and if they touch your character, it'll take him/her out of the area, so proceed with caution. The Pulley definately helps. Make it through your evil clones, defeat Mamiya, and the game is over.
