Farm Extensions

To get the max percent you can, 98, you must fully upgrade your house and farm. You'll gain 10% of the upgrades, a kitchen, the option to marry and a handy, but destroyable, hothouse.

Chicken Coop:	$5,000 and 420 lumber	Your chicken coop is able to hold 10 Chicken and you can purchase the Mayo maker.
House Upgrade:	$4,700 and 370 lumber	You gain a kitchen and the Home Shopping network to order cooking equipment. Although you need to go to the Inn to order so it's not really Home Shopping.
Barn:	$6,800 and 500 lumber	Your barn will be able to hold 20 animals and you can purchase the Cheese and Yarn makers.
House Upgrade 2:	$10,000 and 750 lumber	Once your house reaches this stage you can get married.
Hot House:	$30,000 and 580 lumber	Basically you can now grow crops year round and you can now grow, in the h. house only, the Orangecup flower.
