Diplomacy Controls
When you click on a warlord in the warlords map, the diplomacy con trol panel will appear on the right side of the map. At the top of the panel is your current amount of diplomacy points and the rank of the selected warlord. A warlord’s rank determines which edicts are avail able; the higher the rank the more edicts are available to be issued.
In the main body of the panel are the edicts and influence tabs.
