Sailor ChibiMoon is a Senshi in-training from the future Moon Kingdom, called Crystal Tokyo, in the 30th century. Earlier in the series (Sailor Moon R), it is revealed that Chibi-usa is the daughter of Mamoru and Usagi.

In the present day, Chibi-usa treats her future mom, Usagi, like a big sister. As such, she and Usagi often get on each other's cases. Chibi-usa is very loving towards Mamoru, much to Usagi's dissatisfaction. Deep down, however, she looks up to Usagi and considers her a role model. They both have some major similarities, such as having identical birthday dates, being stubborn and clumsy, and possessing a kind and loving heart.

Later, Chibi-usa befriends Hotaru and they both enjoy each other's company. Chibi-usa is also close with Sailor Pluto, whom she refers to as “Puu”.

Sailor ChibiMoon has the highest speed of all the Sailor Senshi. She also has decent HP. Her downside is the incredibly weak attack, which is Pink Sugar Heart Attack. It barely does damage to an enemy. Her attack, defense, and EV are just average. Correct all these shortcomings using the right accessories. Just like Sailor Moon, ChibiMoon has a MoonCup of her own, which is called MoonCup2. Use that and try out her Pink Sugar Heart Ache, which does much better damage than her other solo attack.
