Events

Ch. 1 - His Bracelet
Starting Location	West Natura
Requirements	Harmon at 2 Hearts
Time	On or After Y1 Spring 15, 6 AM - 3 PM

On or after Spring 15, enter West Natura between 6 AM - 3 PM to trigger a cutscene where Noby and friends discover that Harmon has the Sprite Summoner gadget.

Harmon agrees to give it to you if you can help him get a present for Jemma. Here you are prompted for two gift suggestions:

Fresh Crops
A Cute Dress

Harmon isn't sure of either of those and in the end decides to go with a piece of Coral, which can be found on the beach.

Ch. 2 - Damaged
Starting Location	N/A
Requirements	Give Harmon Coral
Time	6 AM - 9 PM

Find a Coral on the beach and give it to Harmon to advance this storyline. Harmon ends up giving Jemma some freshly grown crops anyway much to Noby's chagrin. But still, in exchange for Noby's help, he hands over the bracelet.

Noby and friends bring the bracelet to the Big Tree Root. Alas, Vera informs them it is just a normal bracelet, so they return it to Harmon. The search continues...

Ch. 3 - Harmon's Help
Starting Location	West Natura
Requirements	Harmon at 3 Hearts
Time	6 AM - 3 PM

Walk to West Natura to trigger this cutscene. Harmon has the idea to ask the Mayor if he might have the Spirit Summoner bracelet. Sure enough, Mayor Ryam has it, and he entertains the idea of letting Noby have it until Doraemon starts spouting off about summoning fire faeries... looks like you'll have to somehow prove to the Mayor that you'll use it responsibly.
