Tyreese's charge attack creates a debuff circle around the main target.
Enemies within the circle can only move 1 space at a time, including when they exit it. Additionally, they take 9% of their total HP as non-lethal damage for each turn within the circle.
The max number of debuff circles is 4 when Tyreese is the leader, and 2 if he is not, and each one lasts 4 turns.
As a leader, debuff circles can be created by any melee charge attacks.

Tyreese Williams, nicknamed Ty by many of his companions, is a main character and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is the older brother of Sasha and was also the leader of a small group of survivors. He became one of the first newcomers at the Prison.
