Festivals: Cow Contest [Winter]
The Cow Contest takes place in Harappa Square on the 16th of Winter between 10 AM and 6 PM. To sign up, you'll need to have a Cow of your own. You can buy cows from Gouter Mawk Livestock and everything else you need to take care of cows. They will also give you a detailed explanation of everything you need.
Cows are expensive, you can get one for 6000 Gold, plus, the Milker is 1000 Gold. Once you've got yourself a cow, it will be sent automatically to your shed and you can start taking care of it. The higher the relationship with your cow, the higher the chances of winning the contest.
