Doraemon is Noby's best pal. Being a robotic cat - not a raccon! - Doraemon has a seemingly endless amount of gadgets up his sleeve, which of course causes mayhem once Noby and friends find themselves swept away to the past. Doraemon gets unwillingly enlisted as an aide to Mayor Ryam, who enjoys "confiscating" and using Doraemon's gadgets too much. As if recovering all the lost gadgets weren't challenging enough for the friends!
