How to Obtain

Story Chapter 1

Increase your relationship with Harmon to two hearts.
In Spring, go to West Natura to trigger the scene after the 15th of Spring.

Harmon will request a Coral seashell that you can pick up from Zazan Beach.

Story Chapter 2

Give the Coral to Harmon like you would give gifts normally.

Story Chapter 3

Increase your relationship with Harmon to three hearts.
Go to West Natura to trigger the event.

Harmon will suggest asking Ryam about it because he's always patrolling the city. Ryam won't let you have the bracelet, though. Wait for the next event.

Story Chapter 4

Increase your relationship with Harmon to four hearts.
Go to East Natura and approach the mayor's house entrance before 15 PM.

Talk to Doraemon and he will give you the bracelet. Next, you have to bring the Bracelet to Vera. Go to Swoosh Falls at night and enter the Big Tree Root through the small path that leads west.
