Tobikage is a very agile unit and his movement range is great. With his sword, Ninja Blade, he inflicts critical hits often, but don't you imagine a huge damage with "critical hit": Tobikage's critical hits are the equivalent to Arby's normal hits. His attack is not very high and is defense is worse. His HP is low too and a single hit is enough to kill him (I'm not exaggerating), anyway, his special technique is not that bad.
