Here is where you'll find the name of each item and its effect.
| Item Name | Effect |
| Senzu Bean | Restores all HP and KI |
| Herb | Restores a quarter of your max HP |
| Green Flight Charge | Restores up to 10 of your Flight Charges |
| Red Flight Charge | Restores up to 20 of your Flight Charges |
There are items besides those listed above that you can only use in Quests. Here they are!
| Item Name | What To Do With It |
| Master Roshi's Magazines | Collect all 3 of these and give them to Master Roshi. |
| Stones | Put these in front of the small island that the old man is stuck on to make some stepping stones for him to get across. |
| Pterodactyl Egg | Take it back to its mother. |
| Toy Boat | Give it to the little boy who lost it. |
| Flowers | Give these to Cory so he'll have something to give to Sue. |
| King Yemma's Fruit | Eat it and get out of HELL. |
| Capsule | Take it to the guy who is obsessed with Capsule Corp. |
| Namekian Saplings | Plant these in the holes on Namek. |
| Namekian Artifacts | Put these in their proper place, in the Namekian Temple. |
